		<description>I agree that the new properties search on Google Maps is interesting, but I cannot yet agree that  &quot;this is a very useful tool.&quot; I have been playing with it for several days now and it seems Google does not weight geographical relevance very highly. Some of the problem is obviously with the underlying datasources, both licensed geo info and uploads from estate agents. While Properties locates so many properties incorrectly and so many results continue to be of low relevance to the query, I am not persuaded of its usefulness.</description>
