On my wordpress blog I am currently using a plugin to make the URLs more friendly an appealing to humans and search engines and it has been implemented quite well. I have WAMP server installed on my local machine to test out new themes and also to try to develop WordPress as a Website rather than just a blogging platform. Although I have installed the same plugin to 'tidy up' my URLs I find it doesn't work so well with the pages of the website the links to various pages are broken when I try to use the plugin but they work fine when I don't use the plugin (but are less visually appealing). Don't know what I am doing wrong. Excellent article!
