Keyword Densities and Your SEO Campaign

Before we begin let’s point out the fact that whilst repetition can result in a higher ranking on the organic listings it is imperative that the ethics of Search Engine Optimisation are maintained. Why try to get a step ahead when the risk of getting caught is far greater than the advertisement potential it offers? All good SEO campaigns are based on a solid and ethical foundation and it is necessary to understand that if you want to succeed.
Now I am sure that we can all remember back to when we were the young tyrants we see on the streets these days, screaming in supermarkets and throwing tantrums until the mother gives in and buys us the packet of sweets we have our heart set on in order to avoid further embarrassment. It’s a tactic that continues to work through the generations: repetition for emphasis. Keep doing something until it sinks in. The intention being that by continually repeating something you will eventually achieve the desired goal. An objective that a well structured SEO campaign provides as it’s foundations.
Let’s turn it round the other way. The television show “Supernanny” teaches parents to discipline their children via repetition. Each time the child gets out of bed and comes downstairs they are put straight back into bed again. Keep doing this and the child eventually gets the message and stays in bed. The exercise is repeated until the desired goal is achieved. However saying the same thing too often and using the same kind of punishment eventually has it’s effect and it no longer has that much of an impact. Using the same keyword over and over again also poses this problem, which is why it is important to have a good selection of keywords you can use to still create the result you want.
Now creating an efficient SEO campaign based around the behaviour of young children and parent’s disciplinary methods is probably not a winning formula! However, the relationship is there. Emphasising what you offer as a company and hitting that point home delivers the message to the consumer. The message needs to be consistent & informative, and the keywords chosen need to be repeated as often as possible in a manner that both advertises your business and makes sense when the customer reads what is on your site. The SEO keywords attract your customer, your message needs to hit the point home.
Getting a message across to children to try and tell them what not to do is an important factor in teaching a child the difference between wrong and right. Getting your message to the customer in a way that attracts and hold their attention once they visit your site is an important factor in advertising your business and attracting interest. Using Search Engine Optimisation and the keywords to maximum effect can instill a message to the consumer and this can get the message you want across to the consumers you want to attract.
